Multi-tenant SaaS platform managing 12+ core business resources across CRM and ERP. Implemented RBAC/ABAC with granular permissions at both functional and interface levels. Redis caching to sustain performance under load.

AI Assistant Platform
Co-developed with three engineers to embed custom AI assistants into organisational websites. RAG with vector search via Qdrant, dynamic tool calling, and a seamless drop-in widget.

Property Kiosk
Self-service kiosk for hotels in Germany handling guest reservations and check-in workflows. Integrated with the Apaleo Open PMS to automate front-desk processes.
