Inside the product

Fleet operations command view
The main operations view — fleet capacity, vehicles on the road versus idle, and recent trip activity in one place so managers know the state of the fleet immediately.

Operational and financial analytics
Period-based performance view covering revenue, expenses, net position, completed trips, and cashflow — so decisions sit on top of live business data.

Live fleet tracking map
Real-time map of the fleet across Pakistan. Selecting a truck focuses the map and surfaces speed and coordinates without leaving the tracking view.

Trip dispatch operations
Dispatch board for planning and following trips on the road — route, assigned vehicle and driver, trip type, and status from ongoing through completed.
GPS device layer
Hardware layer behind live tracking — each GPS unit’s identity, model, health, and whether it is already assigned into the fleet.

Vehicle-to-tracker linking
The bridge between trucks and GPS hardware. Each connection keeps live positions attached to the correct vehicle for as long as that unit is in service.

Fleet crew directory
Crew side of the operation — drivers and conductors with contact details, role, and active status, kept alongside the vehicles they run.
Project Highlights
- Designed and delivered a full fleet operations system tailored to how an LPG transport business actually runs day to day.
- Brought live GPS tracking into the core product so vehicle location, speed, and movement stay visible across active routes.
- Modelled trip workflows around real fleet activity — commercial hauls, internal transfers, and rent-outs — from dispatch through completion.
- Gave operators a single operations view of fleet health, trip progress, and financial performance without leaving the platform.
- Tied physical GPS devices into the software layer so every tracked truck stays correctly linked to its hardware on the road.
